Material A: A mixture of natural rubber latex and synthetic rubber latex, the main components are rubber latex, filler, stabilizer, antioxidant and foaming agent
Material B: Aqueous dispersion of vulcanization system, the main components are vulcanizing agent, main accelerator and co-accelerator.
Material C: Gelling agent, including gelling agent, gelling accelerator.

Materials A and B are fully stirred before use, which is very important for the stability of product quality, so please be sure to follow them.
Recommendations:
1. The temperature of the vulcanization package is controlled within 130 degrees, which is of great help to the wear resistance of the product.
2. The air volume of the vulcanization oven has a great influence on the vulcanization speed, and it is recommended that customers try to increase the air volume and reduce the temperature in order to get the best product wear resistance.
