Instruction
- While stirring, slowly add 5% potassium hydroxide solution to the Nitrile latex and adjust the latex PH to 9.0-9.2 ;
- Slowly add UGB 210 into agitator tank ,mix well;
- Stir at a low speed for 12 hours at room temperature and let stand for 24 hours;
- Add color paste and other materials, stir and disperse evenly;
-Filter impurities, add anti-webbing agent, defoamer, stir evenly;
-Add water dilution, adjust the appropriate solid content (in the range of 25-35%), put into production.
Remarks
- Stir well UGB 225 before using.
- The total time in the oven should be 20-30 minutes, with 10 minutes in the middle stage, and the temperature is at 120-130℃ to ensure a good cross-linked structure.
