1. Add the ingredients in the above order and stir at high speed for 15 minutes; Keep the latex temperature at 31-33℃ and stir at a slow speed for 16-20 hours (②). | ||

Remarks
①.Formula with aluminum hydroxide, curing UGB-48A dosage recommended 8.0; Not add aluminum hydroxide (pure rubber), UGB-48A dosage is recommended 9.0.
②.Different manufacturers of natural latex, per-vulcanized time is not the same, need to adjust the per-vulcanized time according to the actual situation.
③.Adjust the latex PH value to 9.0-9.2.
