Ammonia Content Detection Kit

Usage: detection of natural latex ammonia content

Features: no weighing,no titration,suitable for on-site personnel to quickly detect.

Composition:

1)Latex stabilizer

2)chromogenic agent

3)Standard acid solution

4)cylinder

5)plastic straw

Test method:

1.Weigh 20ml(accurately)of natural latex into a beaker containing 80ml of water(theamount of water does not need to be very accurate),and stir it evenly with a glass rod.

2.Filla plastic straw with "lubricant"(about2ml,not very accurate)and add it to a beaker.

3.Add5-6drops of the "chromatic agent"(not too accurately)with a pastie straw and stir well with a glass rod.

3.Measure 6ml of "standard acid"accurately with a measuring cylinder,add it to a beakerand stir evenly.If the latex shows milky white,continue to add "standard acid"and add 1ml each time(accurately),stir evenly until the latex changes from milky white to pink,andthe test is completed.

5.Ammonia content=total amount of "standard acid solution"added(mililiters)×0.01%,ifthe first adition is 6mL"Standard acid",glue has turned pink,then ammonia content ≤0.06%.

Note:

The operator must have normal vision.

Those with color blindness or color weakness can not operate!
