Inspection  Tools: Watch glass (with a diameter of 7.5cm), oven, high-precision electronic scale.

Inspection Method: Stir the test liquid evenly, take a sample of 2.0g ± 0.5g in a surface dish that has been weighed, weigh it, gently rotate the surface dish, and cover the bottom of the surface dish with the sample. Put it in an 80℃ oven for about 2 hours, weigh it multiple times during heating, make the difference between the two weighings less than 0.005g, and obtain the weight of the solid. Conduct 2 parallel experiments and take the average value.

Inspection Method: First, add soft water to the circulation feeding system of the laser particle size analyzer, control the discharge valve switch to make the water level reach the calibration line, find the corresponding table of materials and refractive index that has been previously recorded (provided by the instrument manufacturer), select the material to be tested, add the sample that has completed ultrasonic vibration to the circulation feeding system, and record the particle size data after the analysis results appear.
