NO.3 Recommended ratio and feeding sequence:： Material name Dosage(KG) 1.Latex pre-vulcanization synthetic latex 70 Emulsifier N-170 2 Hard glue 10 Remove ammonia from natural gum (within pH value of 9.5) 30 Vulcanization package UGB-30 11.5 Add the above materials in sequence while stirring, disperse at high speed for 20 minutes, and stir at slow speed for 6-10 hours (the thicker the product, the longer the mixing time required) 2.Add filler Emulsifier N-170 3 50% potassium pyrophosphate solution 0.4 Aluminum hydroxide 25 Add the above materials in order and disperse at high speed for 30 minutes Note: The vulcanization package UGB-30 already contains zinc oxide, so there is no need to inject zinc oxide during foaming. NO.4 Things to note:： （1）Be sure to stir evenly before use to avoid affecting the performance of the material. (2) Please keep it tightly closed. Avoid sunlight. Storage temperature 4-35°C.
