Instruction
- Mix Nitrile latex and KOH in agitator tank ;
- Feed UGB 210 into agitator tank ,mix well;
- Keep slow stirring at normal temperature for 48-72 hours, till the chloroform value meets the requirement;
- Mix filler, pigment ect ,stir well
Remarks
Stir well UGB 210 before using .
Oven vulcanization process, ensure that there is 5-8 minutes of time, the temperature is 125 degrees, to ensure good cross-linking structure.
