Instruction
- Mix natural latex and KOH in agitator tank ;
- Feed UGB 152 into agitator tank ,mix well;
- Keep slow stirring for 3-5hours at 45-50℃, till the chloroform value meets the requirement.
- Mix filler, pigment ect ,stir well
Remarks
Stir well UGB 152 before using .
When stirring, it is recommended to keep the PH value of the glue at 10.5~11.0 to avoid dead glue particles.
